Pundits

Lawro
Here we go we have lift off - next Saturday sees the return of the Premiership.  Oh no more Jamie Redknapp, Garth Crooks, Alan Shearer and Jason boring Roberts.   But from next week we'll have boring Michael Owen, and even worse Rio, hold on it gets worse Carra.  Why do this to me.

All I want is to watch a game of football with decent bit of analysis if required.  Before I get accused of some Chelsea bias, be honest Pat Nevin is probably the best in the business, I also understand another Chelsea legend Vialli will be on MOTD next season, again be honest he's humorous- but bloody damn good.

As I said, don't accuse me of bias, because whatever people think of him Souness - who I once witnessed trying to take Peter Nicholas’s head off, is brilliant on champions league nights.  Also Gary Neville is excellent.  Who else Clarence Seedorf  he's a good one, anymore?

I've seen enough of BT Sports already for me to confirm that the mute button will be permanently on. It gets worse, wait for it Paul Dempsey and Ian Darke, dinosaurs, where have they been darts, boxing you tell me.

Wall to wall coverage surely means one thing   - overkill, and that's what Sky and BT are doing, wall to wall football, well I for one don't want it  - trust me there's more to life, it only breeds more plastic armchair fans who think they know the lot.  Hey I was a pundit a few years ago not anymore - relegated, why because due to the boom in social network everyone’s a pundit, specialist.  These people who work in the business aren’t fans, it’s a job, and would they travel to Scarborough on a wet Wednesday?  No, it’s a job.

Pundits put them all in the new BT complex and lock em there for 9 months- oh I forgot Dietmar Hamman zzzzzzzzzz

What does this season hold in store for me, Prague and Macedonia end of August start of September, then who knows, don't worry the pundits will be carted all over Europe to talk drivel - experts my ass.
